VESSEL 2025
A mentorship offering for students and practitioners of the Axis Syllabus©
Welcome
Dear Friends and Students,
I'm excited to announce the second year of VESSEL, a small-group mentorship program grounded in the Axis Syllabus©. This program is designed especially for movement and healing arts practitioners who wish to deepen their teaching practice.
For over a decade and a half, the Axis Syllabus© has been my primary theoretical and pedagogical lens for understanding and communicating about human movement. This body of research is vital knowledge for anyone teaching, facilitating, or communicating concepts about movement, covering:
- Functional anatomy
- Joint mechanics
- Alignment
- Injury prevention
- The dynamics of weight
- Structural patterns
- Concepts from physics
- And much more
VESSEL provides a structured pathway through the Axis Syllabus archive, supporting both knowledge development and practical application. While completion of this program does not imply certification as an Axis Syllabus© teacher, it can be a meaningful step along that path.
Warmly,
Nuria
